Holidays Are Coming!

Well its that time of year when deadlines are due meaning the Christmas holiday isn't far off. I'm insanely excited to be flying home in a couple weeks. The best part of going home is arriving at the airport to see your family all waiting for you. Even if my parents were both here, its great to burst through the door with all your family waiting for you. And not only that, it's when you get to meet up with your friends from home (a lot of mine are either in America or in their home countries).
It's really great because my friends are have different nationalities. So the holidays have a different meaning to everyone. At my old school; Mont Kiara International School, we would celebrate not only Christmas but Chinese New Year, Hari Raya and Deepavali which was great to learn which holidays mean so much to other people.
Everyone deserves to be with their family during Christmas, unfortunately I won't be seeing my mum but with divorced parents you have to take it in turns. On the plus side, I'll be receiving more presents :)
